Session fees
Session fees are discussed when scheduling your first appointment.
Please get in touch, and we can talk through this alongside your situation and availability.

Medicare rebates
Medicare rebates are available for individual therapy with a referral from a GP or Psychiatrist. A Mental Health Care Plan allows up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. The current rebate is $145.25 for a 50-minute session, increasing to $149.05 from 1 July 2026.
Medicare rebates may apply to family-inclusive sessions in some circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss.
Medicare does not apply to couples therapy.

Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible. This allows the time to be offered to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Later cancellations (within 24 hours) and missed appointments are generally charged at the full session fee. It is still helpful to let us know as early as you can.
Fees may be reduced or waived in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the practice.

Private health insurance
Private health insurance may cover part of the fee depending on your level of cover. It cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare rebates.

NDIS (self-managed)
Services are available to people who are self-managing their NDIS funding.

Other funding
If you are accessing support through other funding schemes, such as TAC or Victims of Crime, please get in touch to discuss whether this can be accommodated.
